If you did not stop by the Scrip table at the meet and greet to fill out this years’ Program Agreement or Permission for Delivery Waiver, please go to the school or parish web site. There you should review the Scrip Guidelines form and print the Scrip Program Agreement and Scrip Waiver forms. Please send the Scrip Program Agreement in to school and if you would like your scrip sent home on Thursday’s with your child, please send in the Scrip Waiver.

To set up an online account at shopwithscrip.com, please use your e-mail address as your user id and your phone number as your password. If you are unable to log on, call or e-mail Gail and she will make sure your account is set up correctly. Once you are logged in you may change your password. This will ensure you do not have two active scrip accounts and that credits all go to the correct fund.
