St. Anthony Parish School Tuition — School Year 2012/2013

Each responsible party must complete and sign a School Tuition Pledge.

Schedule A – For Parish Members who sign-up for their membership commitment hours, and have satisfied the previous year’s membership commitment.

Schedule C – For Non-Parish Members:  Each family needs to meet with the Director of Administrative Services to determine tuition and fees.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment Plan Option (Please choose one option)

_____  Plan 1  One payment: Entire annual tuition amount paid on or before August 1st.

 

_____  Plan 2  Two payments: One half of annual tuition amount paid on or before August 1st. 

Second half of tuition amount paid on or before January 1st.

 

_____  Plan 3   Ten monthly ACH payments administered by the Parish Office.  Ten monthly tuition payments are automatically deducted from the family’s checking account.  Each family selects either the 5th or the 20th day of the month for the automatic withdrawal.  Withdrawals normally start in August and must be completed by May 20th.  There is a $30 annual participation fee due with the first payment.  Additional fees will apply for withdrawals returned due to insufficient funds.

_____  Plan 4   Four payments charged to a credit card on August 1, November 1, February 1 and May 1.  Each transaction will include a $15 fee (Total $60 annual fee for family). The Parish will match and pay an additional annual $60 servicing fee of this payment option.

 

        • Registration will not be accepted without selecting from each of the options.

        • Children from families who do not have a completed Tuition Pledge on file will not be allowed to start the school year.

        • Please plan ahead:  Remember all Assessment and Book fees must be paid by August 1.

 

Special Assessment Fee

A special assessment fee of $400 per family is to supplement school tuition. This assessment fee is due payable by August 1. If you choose the ACH payment option, you may not roll this into your ACH payments.

 

Book Bill

The Book bill is due payable by August 1.  (Please indicate how many students in each category) If you choose the ACH payment option, you may not roll this into your ACH payments.

_____ Grades 1-8        $150 per student

_____ 5-Kindergarten  $100 per student

_____ 4-Kindergarten  $ 50 per student

 

A Registration Fee of $50 for the first child, $100 for two or more children or $200 for new families is due with the return of this form. 

A Late Fee of $100 will be assessed to tuition or fees not paid within 30 days of the due date.

Please note: The registration fee as well as credits earned last year from participation in SCRIP and Market Day can be used to offset the payment of assessment fees, book bill and tuition and will be deducted from your tuition invoice.  Participation in SCRIP and Market Day this year will save you money as a credit to next year’s tuition bill.

       • All checks should be made payable to “St. Anthony Parish School.”
